We are glad to announce the opening of our extremely unique  LOFT especially designed for large for groups in Barcelona.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 14 people staying a minimum of 3 nights is required to book our party apartment. This is simply because we only have 2 of these very niche apartments available for large groups in Barcelona.

Moderate parties welcome in our sound proof Apartment with Spa, Fitted Bar and Lounge areas.

OUR APARTMENT INCLUDES:

Very large social and open area for groups. Next to the beach, night life and major tourist attractions.

DINING AREA:

5 BEDROOMS:

Each room sleeps up to 4 people and has its own independent air-conditioning.

Doubles bed, single beds and bunks beds up to 20 people maximum.

3 BATHROOMS:

(3 showers , 3 WC and 4 wash sinks)

Spacious balcony with a breathtaking view.

WELL FURNISHED:

Dishwasher, laundry machine, Dryer, Nespresso machine, hair dryers, toaster and all the requires appliances.

LOCATION:

Less than 10 min walk to the beach.
In the heart of the most trendy bar crawling area in Barcelona (next to Razmatazz, Ovella Negra… among other bars and clubs).

Very safe area with several 4 star hotels around.

Transportation:

One block from Metro (Yellow Line), Two blocks from (Red Line) , One block from taxi stop. Bus stop (several lines) at the front door.
